The suffering between the knowing and doing.

Looking back at journal entries of times when I left something reminds me that anxieties often don’t turn to realities. They become new beginnings, new perspectives and a new layer of wisdom. 

It’s terrifying to leave what we know the most and what has become our place of comfort. 

Glennon Doyle put it perfectly when she said: “The suffering is in-between the knowing and the doing”
